Taylor Consulting Group Gets Win For Neighborhood Association
Richfield Neighborhood Association President Katherine Martin Thanks Nathan Taylor For Working With Neighbors

Las Vegas, NV–During a City of Las Vegas Planning Commission Meeting this month, a controversial item pertaining to a new Auto Title Loan business along W. Sahara appeared before the Commission. The proposed Special-Use Permit would have allowed for a 3rd Auto Title Loan business to locate within 1000 ft. of each other. Represented by one of  Nevada’s largest and prestigious law firms Lionel Sawyer & Collins, they argued that this was a less intense use, and it would be better to have a tenant in the building rather than it remain vacant.

Nathan Taylor, President of the Taylor Consulting Group worked with the Richfield Neighborhood Association to prevent this new business from opening. “We are very thankful to Mr. Taylor for his working so closely with us to improve the quality of our neighborhood. Locating a 3rd Auto Title Loan business in our neighborhood would have created a corridor–we feel two is already enough”, said Richfield Neighborhood Association President Katherine Martin.

“I often advocate on behalf of Check Cashing, Auto Title Loan, and Gold Buying Businesses, but in this occasion I had to side with the neighbors that a 3rd location within 167 ft. of another like business was just inappropriate”, said Nathan Taylor President of the Taylor Consulting Group. Taylor went on to say, “I enjoyed working with  Lionel Sawyer & Collins and its representatives–they were very professional and courteous.”
