TAYLOR CONSULTING GROUP DELIVERS FOR RANCH OWNER
Kyle Canyon Ranch Owner Praises Nathan Taylor for Special-Use Permit

Las Vegas, NV–A longtime Ranch Owner in Lower Kyle Canyon is giving praise to Nathan Taylor, Owner of the Taylor Consulting Group, LLC for his work on behalf of her new property.

“I started the process of obtaining a special use permit from Clark County in April of this year–immediately I retained Nathan Taylor to guide me through the application process. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and most of all the results that Mr. Taylor gave me!”, said Heidi Unger–Owner of Kyle Canyon Ranch and Rocking H Ranch.

Nathan Taylor is a local business consultant and government affairs expert; specializing in Liquor, Gaming, and General Licensing Services. In addition, Mr. Taylor spends a considerable amount of time working on Land Use Consulting for his clients.

“One of the most enjoyable aspects of my job is helping small business owners. I can’t tell you what a joy it is to see the smile on my clients face when we have navigated through the bureaucratic process. In Ms. Unger’s case, she needed a special use permit from Clark County, NV to open a Horse Boarding Facility on a new piece of property she bought. It proved to be a long and arduous process, but in the end we were able to obtain the entitlements needed to operate her new Ranch (Kyle Canyon Ranch).” said Nathan Taylor.

Taylor Consulting Group prides itself for being exclusively dedicated to small business owners in the Las Vegas Valley. Most of their clients have a maximum of 25 employees, and generally they are start-ups. Whether it’s a restaurateur, convenience store owner, tavern owner, or a supper-club proprietor–the Taylor Consulting Group is there to help. “The licensing process in Southern Nevada can be very difficult and cumbersome to small-business owners–that’s where we come in. Our main focus is getting our clients through the regulatory process, so they can spend more time dedicated to running there business.”, said Taylor.
